A practising physician in different hospitals including West Chester Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH, Dr. Naveed Fazlani achieved the hard-earned honor after over a decade of work in the medical field. Focusing his medical expertise especially in the areas of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol, Dr. Naveed Fazlani previously won the Distinguished Practitioner Award for Medical Services awarded by the Kentucky Nurses Association at the Veterans’ Affairs Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. In addition to these high honors, Dr. Naveed Fazlani is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Naveed Fazlani has a long history of providing medical services in the greater Cincinnati area since 1996. After receiving his MBA from Xavier University, Dr. Naveed Fazlani, Physician of the year 2004 at Mercy Hospital Mt. Airy, served as Medical Director for Humana Military Healthcare Services. In 2003, Dr. Naveed Fazlani accepted the positon of Associate Medical Director for Mercy Hospital Mt. Airy in Cincinnati, OH, where he served on the senior leadership team.
